Beauty Tips

Carrots are very high in vitamin A which will strengthen your tissues and reduce sebum production. Eating more foods with vitamin A and Zinc which is an antibacterial agent can help you avoid breakouts.

If you notice a pimple and need to control it you can use Visine drops on the area to lessen the redness and inflammation.

For shiny hair start by mashing some strawberries and a little mayonnaise (1tbsp), then massage mixture into wet clean hair. Then place shower cap, after 10min wash and then shampoo as usual.

Find ways to calm yourself, when you are stressed your body will react with hormones and this can cause breakouts and other unpleasant reactions in your body not to mention you health emotional and physical. Try meditation or the gym maybe yoga.

And remember it's alway important to take time for yourself, get some rest and enjoy life.

1. I can not stress enough how important it is to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, with this you will flush toxins out of your body.

2 . Change your pillow case regularly. This will help avoid the oil from your face to accumulate and cause breakouts.

3 . Create a paste by mashing up a handful of red grapes and add 2 tablespoons of white flour, then apply the mask and leave it on for aprox 10 minutes. This mask helps with the appearance of fatigued skin.

4. To heal pimples apply tea tree oil with a cotton swab directly onto the pimple.

5 . If you wake up and have puffy eyes you can store steeped chamomile tea bags on the freezer and put them on your eyes, this will help diminish the bags under your eyes.

6 . Almond oil works great as a cuticle oil, apply with a massage at night.

7 . Natural yoghurt with oat meal, mix two tablespoons of yogurt with oatmeal as face mask, is an amazing mask.

8 . For soft hands, mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil with sugar and give your hands a massage, leave 5 minutes and rinse well, this will exfoliate and nourish your skin.

9 . A relaxing bath, warm water and a hand full of powder milk, some lavender salts and enjoy!.

10 . Squish 1 capsule of vitamin E and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, massage your feet after that put your feet over a pillow for about 15 to 20 minutes then rinse well. This will help with tired feet and will keep your them soft.

How to take care of your skin

First of all it's important to have a daily routine, here I'll write some of the basics:

Water and sleep
It's really important to drink sufficient water 8 to 9 glasses everyday to hydrate your skin this and 7 to 8 hours of sleep are essential to have a glowing skin.

Cleansing
Every night and every morning to remove the oil and dirty that accumulates while you are sleeping. For the night cleanser you could look for one that also removes makeup.

Scrub

Exfoliation brings freshness to the skin, one or twice a week is enough to remove dead skin cells.

Moisturizer

It''s important to use a moisturizer that contains sunscreen to prevent the skin from getting damaged.Choose at least SPF 15 the more SPF contains the better, it's also a great plus for you moisturizer to have vitamin E.

If you have oily skin make sure to choose the correct moisturizer this can be combination skin and make sure it doesn't leave oily residue. If you have dry skin also make sure it's intended for dry skin and non-comedogenic in both cases.
